Moon evenings. Sometimes with some haze that veils past the round lamp. I have tried to capture this enigmatic mystery surrounding the moon in this picture.
I started with a blue paper, I painted various shades of white to pastel chalk. Then I pulled out the colors to achieve the blurred impression.
In times when the moon does not appear so clear to us, I usually use this picture as a substitute moon.

I would like to see Sweden at Christmas time and maybe in mid-January. I bet it is amazing. “pling”

It could be when it’s snow on the ground, but it gets dark before 15:00 and the morning light comes up about 10:00. Or at least it feels like that in January. But the sunny days are awesome wintertime, but they can be cold though. I like August and September best. Still fairly sunny days and warm. 🇸🇪”Pling”

That would be interesting to experience. It gets dark early here but not that early as compared to you. “pling”

We’re okay down here in the middle of Sweden. Up north, they have no sunrise at all the darkest time of the year. On the other hand they have Aurora Borealis.

I’ve seen the northern lights in the middle of winter when I was living on the high plains of South Dakota. that would be awesome to see.

It’s December and January but then it slowly gets lighter again.

December is kind of light in another way because of all x-mas decorations.
