oil paintings, What ever

What do you see?

Found a painting that I first thought was just a way to paint with colors that I don’t need for my “real” paintings, but don’t want to throw away.

But when I look at it now, I think it is a real painting. I’m a sea person, so I see water and the horizon, but what do you see?

  1. I see the horizon, dark and the sea, the different shades depending on the depth and what lies beneath…:-) very nice!

    1. Thank you. It’s almost embarrassing to tell you it’s a left over painting. When I finish a painting day there’s always colors left and I use them to paint on random paintings. This is one of them. But they alway gets very interesting in the end.

  2. I see a “barachois”. I’ve tried to look up the English word for it and it is either barachois or it doesn’t exist. Barachois, noun

(in the Atlantic Provinces of Canada) a shallow lagoon formed by a sand bar
    Do you see it?
