Take a nap


Do something nice for your self. Take a nap.

Sort your thoughts and make peace with yourself and the rest of the world around you.

Maybe you wake up as a new you 🙂

I like naps, but I don’t give my self time for them as often as I should.

But when I do I always feel a little better, even if I didn’t feel bad before the nap.

  1. Naps are AWESOME! Love them when it’s too hot to go out, raining like mad and passing out while getting in touch with your inner couch! LOL. One MUST always find time to take a nap now and then!

  2. Little catnaps are ideal, even if just twenty minutes. Set the timer if needed. Einstein used to nap in a chair with coins in his hand. When the coins hit the ground, he would awake from his nap.
