Maybe you wake up as a new you 🙂
I like naps, but I don’t give my self time for them as often as I should.
But when I do I always feel a little better, even if I didn’t feel bad before the nap.

Naps are AWESOME! Love them when it’s too hot to go out, raining like mad and passing out while getting in touch with your inner couch! LOL. One MUST always find time to take a nap now and then!

Naps are one of those things, can be solo or shared and equally as enjoyable! Naps are Essential !

Little catnaps are ideal, even if just twenty minutes. Set the timer if needed. Einstein used to nap in a chair with coins in his hand. When the coins hit the ground, he would awake from his nap.

I can nap anywher, but don’t nap while you are driving. Scary!
