Our forecast was for some scattered snow.. 20cm/8″ later the snow continues. It is supposed to stop at 2:25 pm or 1 hour from now. Summer for us will arrive on July 1 and maybe stay until 6:15 pm a few days later 🙂

It’s humor we use in Canada due to our short summers. My city is on the same latitude as Moscow. Summer is short with temps up to +38c in July and -40c in January.

We don’t have long summers in Sweden either, so we also say we have short summers in different humorous ways 🙂
