Yes it is. The upside is that it’s still rather warm outside, so a little bit of this fall season is still here. Last year it was colder this time of the year.

Today was warmer (16′ C) but it was dark and rainy.

What a waste on such warm temperature! We have between 5-10 C here and when sun comes out it could be 15 C.
