Det pågår debatt om bygglovsprocesser och strandskydd som försenar exploatering. Vår kommun har för en del markägare redan avskaffat de regler debatten handlar om.

Experimentet har lett till att allmänheten upplever att kommunen i samrådsprocesserna slår ifrån sig argument som kritiserar exploatering. Invånarna får uppfattningen att markägare som slipper följa regler underlåter att ta hänsyn till allmänhet och grannar, som nekas klagorätt. Myndigheter som ska försvara allmänhetens intressen har bytt sida och allmänheten står utan möjlighet att pröva lovgivningar. Vi förstår, utifrån egna erfarenheter, att allmänheten känner rättslöshet.

Om ni skulle bosätta er i vår kommun riskerar ni att hamna i situationer som går att likna vid misshandelsförhållanden. Ni kommer fråga er varifrån första slaget kom och varför. Ni följer lagen och kräver att myndigheter också gör det lika för alla. Vår kommun lockar med paradistillvaro och gott företagarklimat. Vi går på bländverket, undantränger fakta, skippar kontrollfrågor, förälskar oss i platsen, köper fastigheter, slår oss till ro för att leva i trygghet och driva eget företag för vår försörjning.

En dag kommer första slaget. Vi har hamnat nära fel granne och exploatör. Vi tänker att slaget kommit av misstag, förtränger det som hänt och återgår till paradistillvaron. Kommunen fortsätter lockropen i inflyttningskampanjen. När vi tror att vi inbillat oss allt kommer nästa slag. Slagen lär fortsätta tills vi larmar de som kan häva misshandeln. Vi samlar bevis, har lagen på vår sida och vänder oss till myndigheter som ska avhjälpa brott.

Då kommer nya slag. Myndigheterna överger sitt ansvar och hjälper de som slår. De lovar att de ska bättra sig. Vi lever på hoppet att missförhållandena ska försvinna. Kanske genomgår förövarna förvandling och aldrig mera slår? Slagen kommer igen. Vi bär en fostran att följa lagen för att undvika bekymmer. Idag fungerar verkligheten tvärtom. De som hänvisar till lagen som stöd för sitt försvar förlorar och genomlever repressalier.

Myndigheterna gömmer sig bakom allmänhetens tro att de som begår brott får straff och de som brotten drabbar får hjälp. Men relativismens rättstillämpning har fått fäste. Påståenden som saknar verklighetsförankring vinner över fakta. Styrkan i slagen ökar i takt med att fakta påvisar missförhållandena. De som slår och de som ser bort undgår straff trots lagbrott. Vi larmar utan resultat. Invånare saknar skydd när myndigheter begår myteri mot lagen. Slagserierna fortsätter. Vi anmäler, förlorar och repar oss mellan slagperioderna.

Ska ni bo och driva eget företag i vår kommun, se till att skaffa buffert för processkostnader, starkt psyke, goda vänner som stöttar och beredskap för att ägna fritid och arbetstid till kampen för de rättigheter ni har enligt lag. Ni kommer sällan ha tid att njuta paradistillvaro eller utveckla ert företagande. Ni måste ständigt vara på er vakt. När som helst kommer nästa slag.

If you were to settle in our municipality, you risk ending up in situations that can be likened to abusive conditions. You will wonder where the first hit came from and why. You follow the law and demand that the authorities also do the same for everyone. Our municipality attracts with paradise existence and a good business climate. We go to the aperture, displace facts, skip control questions, fall in love with the place, buy real estate, settle down to live in comfort and run our own business.

One day comes the first hit. We have ended up close to the wrong neighbor and developer. We think that the hit came by mistake, try to forget what happened and returns to paradise life. The municipality continues speaking sofly in the move-in to our municipal campaign. When we think we have imagined everything, the next hit comes. The beating will continue until we alert those who can stop the abuse. We collect evidence, have the law on our side and turn to authorities with responsibility to stop crime.

Then come new hits. The authorities are abandoning their responsibility and helping those who abuse. They promise to get better. We live in the hope that the abuse will disappear. Maybe the perpetrators undergo transformation and never hit again? The hit comes again. We carry an education to follow the law to avoid trouble. Today, reality works the other way around. Those who refer to the law as support for their defense lose and go through retaliation.

The authorities hide behind the public’s belief that those who commit crimes are punished and those who are victims of crime are helped. But the application of the law of relativism has taken hold. Claims that have no basis in reality win over facts. The strength of the hits increases as the facts proofs the abuse. Those who hit and those who look away avoid punishment despite breaking the law. We cll for help without result. Residents lack protection when authorities commit mutiny against the law. The abuse continues. We report, lose and recover between the abuse periods.

If you live and run your own company in our municipality, make sure to get a buffer for process costs, a strong psyche, good friends who support and readiness to devote free time and working time to the fight for the rights you have according to law. You will rarely have time to enjoy paradise life or develop your business. You must be constantly on your guard. At any time, the next hit will come.

Why do we stay in this place? Because our municipality is bigger than those who have abandoned their responsibility and conscience. After this text, more hits await. It is the price we pay for defending democracy.

But we still start every day with the thought “Today maybe the day when all gets better!”
