I think they are beautiful 🙂

Hi Anna – I agree that those crawlies in your garden are beautiful little creatures – and well done to get such beautiful photographs – as I know all too well it is not that easy to get close enough to very small creatures for them to come out well 🙂

Thanks. The snail was out walking one really early morning and the caterpillar was nearby today and moved very slowly, so I got a brilliant opportunity to catch them on photo. But as you say, it isn’t easy all the time.

OH! A snail! Was getting ready to go to wiki. But where is the snail’s home on the back? OK! OK! OK! Wiki for me!

We have snails without houses on their back. But we have snails with house on their back too. 🐌

All creatures have beauty, if one looks hard enough. That moth is big!

That big caterpillar. It’ll eventually be a moth.

Thing is huge! I’ve seen some large ones before, in Mississippi and Louisiana. But…

We had a Luna moth on our barn a couple evenings ago. Those are really cool. Good size but not huge. LOL!

I am confused. Went to wiki and a moth? Where’s the moth in the picture?

The caterpillar in the picture will develop to a moth or a butterfly 🙂

That’s a caterpillar? It’s the biggest caterpillar I have ever seen! I thought it was some kind of a mammal baby!

The caterpillar is about a finger long and as thick as a finger too. 🐛
