Fall in Sweden means dark mornings
It’s difficult to believe it’s time to get up when it looks like night outside.
In Summer the light is almost there all the time. Then you don’t know when to go to sleep. Now you don’t know when to wake up.
I like the season changes, but the light gone so many hours a day in Fall and winter, well that’s take time to adjust to.
Have a great day!
Anna

It usually takes my whole body a long, long time to get adjusted to the different time changes that we have…

And we got that dreadful summertime time still. I wait for the time when we can switch back our clocks to wintertime again. Five o’clock in the morning is four o’clock right now.

It’s still light here when we get up, but I can see it would be difficult to do so if it were still dark.

The dark season can be nice. But it takes time to adjust to the dark season.
