Found a painting that I first thought was just a way to paint with colors that I don’t need for my “real” paintings, but don’t want to throw away.
But when I look at it now, I think it is a real painting. I’m a sea person, so I see water and the horizon, but what do you see?
Well then don’t, wait awhile you may or may-not…

I see the horizon, dark and the sea, the different shades depending on the depth and what lies beneath…:-) very nice!

Oh wow, I painted that without knowing. But of course it can be aurora borealis. Mostly seen in the north parts of my country Sweden.

That was my first thought as well. A glorious sunset across open water. Love this one!

Thank you. It’s almost embarrassing to tell you it’s a left over painting. When I finish a painting day there’s always colors left and I use them to paint on random paintings. This is one of them. But they alway gets very interesting in the end.

I love the colors and saturation. And I’m all about anything that reminds me of the ocean. Love it, leftover or not!

I know what you mean by ocean reminders. I also get stuck with water paintings, I can never dislike such paintings 🙂

Nope. Water is life. Without it, nothing exists here. I think it’s part of our core, to be near, on, or in water. I know it is for me. Sounds like we agree on that. 😃

Water is where we come from, so I totally agree 🙂 🐳💦🌊

It’s definitely suggestive of something more than just colors! It’s all about the vibe.

I see a “barachois”. I’ve tried to look up the English word for it and it is either barachois or it doesn’t exist. Barachois, noun
(in the Atlantic Provinces of Canada) a shallow lagoon formed by a sand bar
Do you see it?
